Lost my progress

Since connecting to facebook, I've lost all my progress, it's took me all the way back to 1...help?

    How were you connecting before Facebook? Were you using a king account? Try logging out of Facebook and login as you did before.  Other troubleshooting you can do https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/246692/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep-your-game-saved

    I am having the same problem.. I lost all my progress, and I am now back at level 1. I switched between my king account, fb, and email; however I am still unable to find my progress on any accounts, and all my accounts between king, fb and email are all back at level one.
    PLEASE HELP!!!! IM not sure if it's because of an update with game or what

    It's the same with me, but my Valentine one is on my right level but the actual game is back to game 1, feel like deleting the game cuz I ain't playing from game 1 again
