why do I have to start over when I reach a very far level

was in the 500s and then randomly the next time o got on I was back at level 1... I’m so pissed. Any way to fix?

Hi @mliz - welcome to our friendly community. Did you register your game thru FB or with a King Email? Depending on how you played your game and on what device it is usually backed up on one of those 2 locations.
