Daily reward reset

i have been playing this game for over two months. I always login at the same time yet my daily reward has reset to 1. Please resolve this issue

    @creepy456 - First of all - welcome to the community!  It sounds like you ran into a glitch and were deprived of getting the next reward in the series.  Hopefully it was just a temporary glitch that can be resolved by clearing your cache, making sure you have the latest update to the game.   I play on mobile devices and have always found restarting the device (i.e. turn it off and back on) usually clears any temporary hang-ups.  However, if you persist in having this problem - then you might want to talk with one of our superstars - like @elsa or even the CCFS game moderator.  They usually want you to take a screenshot to help show the problem - for example if you screenshot the daily reward showing what you received today and then show it for tomorrow (if it still only gave you the 1st reward) - that will help them trouble shoot your problem.

    Thanks for tagging me @bearwithme!  Is this the daily calendar reward that you are referring to @creepy456?  They are going to ask you to do some troubleshooting so let's get this done now.  Clear out the history and make sure that you have the most recent version of the game.  Then click on one of the links below to finish the troubleshooting.

    I haven't seen anyone posting in this community about their daily reward starting back at the beginning and I'm not sure what difference it might make.  Try this first.  The community manger won't be back in the office until Monday so let's see what happens with the troubleshooting.

    Same thing happened here but I've been playing every single day since November! And now I'm back to day one?! Latest update, device reset.... Etc...  So disappointing. Especially given the $$ I've spent. 🙄

    Daily rewards do not sync with Server. The information is stored in the device memory. you will be lost all information after game log out, reset or uninstall. And again start from day 1.
    This is not your game problem,
    The studio, Daily Reward has not yet started the syncing order. So you can face such problems.

    I haven't logged out, reset or uninstalled the game. I've been meticulous about my progress.
