Game didn’t log level completion

i just finished level 196 and it didn’t log that I completed it
i played few days just to complete this level.
please help to restore it

Here is screenshot of my profile and level which I completed but game didn’t log it.
Details on issue below:
- complete level 
- saw character dancing 
- switch to another window by double tapping on home button (I’m iPhone user)
- did my staff on another app 
- back to the game and found out that level is not logged as completed even I did.

I see here, you have not passed the 196 level yet.    Because if you was pass, there must have star.
However, you can check game app Update here.
After updating the app, try the level again. If this is the same problem then please reply me here.

Yes, in screenshot you see that I didn’t pass the level but in fact I did. 
I just think somehow game didn’t register that I completed.
can you check internal logs to see my history?

She wants your game id for this. Find out here for get your Game Id.
You may have to wait a bit for this
