I loaded my game from my old tablet to my new tablet. My level us still the same but all my help aids disappeared

To my experience with other candy crush games, your booster are not transferable.

Hi @allme007 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 @elielb is actually right. The boosters we collect are stored on our device's memory. This way we can reach them even when we are offline. Unfortunately, this also means if we change the device or reinstall the game we will lose the boosters. Because of this we do not recommend collecting a lot of boosters, it's better if you use them while playing. Here are some tips for safeguarding your boosters.
