I can not receive my gold bars.

My Piggy bank is full. When I click on the circle buy the gold bar there is an error message. When I got ok to unload the bank the circle continues to spin. Google play is not ready for an update on my game as of today. I am losing gold bars because the Piggy bank is too full. What should I do about this matter?

@dknox1 - welcome to the community.  I am sorry you are having this problem.  Can you post a screenshot of the error message you are getting? I am going to tag one of our Superstars, @firebombmarkus and see if he can help.

I believe he is saying that his piggy bank is frozen. The green spinning circle hovers over the bank. When we click on the bank, we get an error message, “oops something went wrong”. It is in red.

@bearwithme @Tooter & @firebombmarkus...Thank You ALL I for replying to my message. I have clicked on the link and read the instructions. How do I purchase an empty bank?The error message reads "Ooops! Something went wrong try again." It is in a red banner. The green button is rotating as soon as I log into the game. It is a clitch in the system.

@Tooter...what level are you on? I am on level 64 and I have been so close to beating this level.

Hi guys, I just opened the game on Windows 10 and clicked on the piggy bank and mine worked but I didn't want to purchase it.  Below are print screens that I just took.  I assume that this is what you guys are seeing on your end, correct?  Are you playing on mobile or Windows 10?  I think you might need to do some troubleshooting.  Below are links for IOS and Android troubleshooting.

Please let us know if these work for you, otherwise, we'll have to figure something else out.  Unfortunately, the community managers live in Spain so they are now probably gone for the weekend but let's try this first.

Thanks for the print screen @Tooter.  So is the piggy bank missing from the game?

It doesn’t show on the main screen.

Please try the troubleshooting to see if you get the piggy bank back.  If that doesn’t work you can always uninstall and reinstall the game but you will lose all boosters and lives because they are only saved to your device.  Let’s all keep checking the messages here in the next couple of days to see if a lot of players start reporting this.
