I dint get my chest after passing the key

The guy with the key won’t leave my screen.   I didnt Get it when I passed Him and it’s now staying.

Hi @mattiedub andvwelcome to the community 🤗. Did you receive the key? I noticed in your screenshot that it looks like your timer to get the key expired before you could grab it. Don't worry though as you will get another chance 😉.

I am sorry to hear that you are not able to collect the key from Dachs!!  This glitch has started few days ago for many players and it has been reported.  

Please go to this link and post the details of (1) your device (2) what version you have right now (3) Did you update your game App recently?
