Game doesn’t give me an option for video when I lose the level

Game doesn’t give me an option for video when I lose the level or when I have no more live. What can I do to fix that

Watching Videos for Free Lives or Extra moves is a special feature that is not available for everybody but only for few players as a test feature.  

From our side, we just have to make sure that our game App is all up to date and has latest version installed!  Hopefully, we too might see this feature soon in our games!!
