Before selecting a costume for Olivia I was thinking so many aspect attached to that. 1st of all, its her first costume so it should be light weight as her free moving shouldn't be affected.
It must reflect happiness as may be released on Thanksgiving Day(probably).
She can change her body colour at her wish so colourful dress will be best suited for her.
I was searching the dress as per my imagination but couldn't found exactly, still posting a pic I found the best suited for her.

olivia as a gardener!
She could have different gardening tools in the tentacles, surrounded by plants. I found a picture, but feel a little hesitant about the watering can, could be a little unnecessary if she is underwater.
