The girls do their shopping while Odus begins his Google search

Misty prepares a shopping list and makes sure to include the appetizers that she wants to bring for Thanksgiving.  What should she bring?  So many goodies, but she begins her list.

She realizes that she has to get a tray of veggies for those who are Vegan and also Gluten-Free.  Hummus goes very well so she will add that to the list.  Potato chips and dip always goes over well.  Maybe she can bring a platter of cheese and fruit along with some crackers.  What else can she add?  Deviled eggs are something that everyone likes so she adds that to her list.  It’s now time for her to head to the stores.

Jenny is also preparing her list of ingredients to make her pumpkin pie.  She does a  Google search to see what other desserts she can bring.

Everyone loves apple pie, so she decides to add it to her list too.  Today is Tuesday and Thanksgiving is in two days, so she has to get to the store today to buy all the ingredients.  Tomorrow she can do all the baking. 

 

Meanwhile, on the other side of town, Odus starts to do a Google search for Thanksgiving history and facts.

He has a lot of information to gather, but where did he put his glasses?  Without his glasses he will never be able to gather this information.  There they are!   He finally finds them and begins to read some of the history articles online.  He is very excited to see that there is quite a bit of history information along with some fun facts.   He finds the best information and begins to copy them into a Word document. 

The next two days go quickly and it’s now Thanksgiving Day!  Let’s see how the day goes here.
