I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! Can you please answer few questions...
1) What level are you playing and what device are you using? 2) Did you have "Friendly Charged Boosters" -- the Wrapped Candy and/or Coloring Candy boosters that help us when start the level; 3) Did you notice it happening only in the beginning of game? 4) Did the game froze just once, or more times?

I am on Level 425 and it took me to the board and JUST SAT THERE - FROZEN. It was prompting me to move and it wouldn't let me, so I lost a man while doing so. How can I get it back???
