(REPORTED) Second week of holiday calendar error "out of move" without playing

On second week of the Holiday calendar I started my first bonus game and something went wrong as it was loading and it automatically told me I lost the game before I even started. I had some 2hr boosters and as they were loading up in the bonus game, the error occurred and it told me I lost the game. You can only play one a day and since I didn’t have enough gold bars I couldn’t return to the game. Is it possible to get help on this? Thanks in advance!

    Thank you for letting us know! This should not be the case indeed! I have informed our Game Studio and they will are looking into it.

    If you are affected too, please let us know your Game ID and your Game version. A screenshot of the error while you're on the level would also be helpful.
