Playing random levels but can't make any moves

It's happened now 3 times where I play a level but I can't make any moves so I'm just losing lives. What gives? Can I get my lives back?

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  But, can you please explain more about the issue...

1) what do you mean by when you said "even when you play random levels"? 

2) When you were playing the levels, did you have the "friendly Charged Boosters" in your game? 

3) Can you tell me what levels were you playing?  Is it the regular game OR the special Queen Jelly levels?
