Everyone I know has received the jelly queen and I still did not receive why?

I am sorry to hear that you have not received the Jelly Queen event!!  Did you update your game to the latest version 1.28.8?  If not, installing the latest version would help!!  

Even though, you do have the latest update, but still did not receive the event, then it could be because, you might not be in the group to receive the event this time!!

I know you must be pretty upset with it!! But, unfortunately, the King Studio too cannot do anything about it as they choose the players randomly!
