Why do I have to refresh my game every time I complete a level?

Every time I finish a level, I have to refresh my game in order to play the next level.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game   Can you please tell me which game you are having this issue in?  

And why are you "refreshing" your game every time after completing a level?  Is the game asking you to refresh and you are forced to do it OR something else is happening?  

Do you see any pop-up that tells you to refresh the game? 

Can you please provide more details for us to better understand the issue?  Also, if you can post a screenshot of the Pops-ups (that is, if you see any), would be very useful!

The game is Candy Crush Soda Saga. After I complete a level, it will not let me click on the next level. I have to click to refresh the page at the top of the screen. I am on level 840+ and I love this game, but this is very irritating. Please fix it and compensate me for this ongoing problem

Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game? And if you are playing on a Mobile device, what version do you have right now? Are you logged into the game through Facebook OR Kingdom account?
