Yes, lifes can be a little problem when you play CCFS and I have the same problem like you.
So, the best thing that you can do is to play the other Candy Crush Games and wait until lifes to be refilled back in CCFS.
Also, let me ask you if your account is connected in Facebook or not.
If it's connected in Facebook and sent friend requests, then everyone will gonna send you lifes back.
If not and it's connected in King accounts, then random people who play this game will become your friends so it's not 100% if they will send you lifes or not.
