1)Do you have got Bubblegum Troll in your Candy Crush Friends Saga Game ?

Check by Clicking on book given in the Game.

2)If No, then It must be you want to See Bubblegum Troll , Right?

Answer these questions to make a solution to this problem.

Just reinstalled the game hes not in my book or the game period didnt get no challenges or didnt see any mini clip about the character at all

Am seeing gum all over the map when l sign out with facebook but dissapers when i log back in with facebook

Oh then Play without logging in to Facebook by Connecting your Account to King Account.

And I haven't got any Bubblegum Troll Event Yet.

Also, King Sends Different Events for Different People to Get a Better Feedback on the Game and helps players to get different user experience about the Game.

So, Don't Worry About it.

Also, Some people have got Odus Challenge Event while Others haven't got any Event Yet.
