Bubblegum event

I show that the bubblegum event still has 1 day left but for the past 2 days it hasn’t given me any chances to play, it’s like it doesn’t exist even though it shows in the upper left corner

ℹ️ A few of us have been experiencing the same issue as you & I've reported it to Player Support through the game about 2 hours ago. They have replied saying they are looking into it.

• Could you please contact Player Support through the game so that they are aware of the fact that you are experiencing the same issue in your game?
• Also, please give me your Game ID so I can add that info to my communications with Player Support as well as inform our CM about this matter.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  Are you wondering about the "Special Bubble Gum Levels"?   Have you played the event till yesterday or did you opened it just today? 

Can you show me a screenshot of your map?  And also one screenshot of the screen that appears when you click on the event that is located in the upper left corner? 

I am thinking you might in the group of the players that do no have the "special Bubble Gum Levels"!  If that is what it is, you will be collecting points by playing regular levels itself.  

But I can tell you for sure once I take a look at the map.

Another one I want to see is -- Click on that "Bubble Gum Event Icon", take a pic of that screen and post it.

I am playing the event, my guess is King changed the event so players could play regular  levels not bubble gum levels.

So, you do not have the special levels and the team.  You will be playing by yourself to collect the needed points. 

You will be doing so just by playing regular levels itself.  For everyday log-in -- you will receive some points, then for points for "find the Animals" levels -- per each animal you find, it will be either 1 or 2 points. 

Hope this made sense and clarifies.

I like the last event, but I didn't got the last reward, why ??? ( it is the Reward for 7200 or was it 7600 Points At the TeamEvent which ended today).
