I was on level 1500 and tought that i don't want to lose all the progress i've reach, so linked the account on facebock and then i'm back to the level 1. I'm so dissapointed with this, i spent to many hours playing this game and now im again at the beggining, this have no sense " I just wanted to save my progress with facebook not to start again, this is literally no sense

Sorry to hear about your Problem on Saving Game and reset.

Try logging out of the Facebook.

If above doesn't helped, try Logging into the Facebook.

You can Save Your Game on King by Logging into the King Account.

Hello @miguel201 - Welcome to the King Community. I am sorry to hear that you are having this problem. If you still haven't had your progress restored by doing what @AbhinavSargar has suggested then you can contact Player Support. They can restore lost progress but it helps if you had been connected either thru Facebook or King.com.

If you are playing on a mobile device then you can contact them directly from your game. details needed to help), all you need to do is:

- Open the game app

- Select the cogwheel

- Tap on the? mark

- Tap on "I need help with lost progress"

- Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us"

If you are playing on a PC then you can contact them thru the "Contact US" at the bottom of this page.

When you fill out the form make sure you select "Problems with my game" and then on the second drop down click on "Game didn't save". This will alert the support staff you are having a problem with your game progress and someone should get back with you. Make sure you also explain what happened in the comment area.
