Lost level

I just completed level 1100 after using 2 lollipops and a striped lollipop. I closed the program and when I came back to it found I was back at level 1100 again. This is a very hard one to beat; why hasn't it recognised that I've done it once?

Sorry to hear about your Problem.

This issue mainly occurs because of the Speed Variation in the Internet Connection while Playing the Game online.

Check out your Internet Connection Speed.

If it's slow, try playing through Wi-Fi where you get more speed.

I am very sorry to hear that your win for level # 1100 was not recorded!! First of all, did you save the game either through Facebook OR Kingdom account?

It has been few hours since you have posted this question, I hope everything is fine and you are playing the next level # 1101!!

If not, first try these basic trouble-shooting: Force close the game ---> Disconnect from WiFi ---> Clear Cache/cookies ---> Turn-off your device for 2-3 minutes and restart ---> Connect to the Internet and log back into the game.

Sadly this didn't work so I'm still stuck on the same level but I'm short on lollipops. :(

Sorry! You have not confirmed whether you have saved your game or not!!

If you have saved the game, please delete and reinstall the App, and you should be able to move to level # 1101. Please check this article that was provided by the Community Team informing about this same issue ---> Cannot Progress to Next Level

Can you please post a screenshot of your map screen with level # 1100 showing in it?

Also can you give me your game user ID number? This link will help you ---> "Find my ID number"

I will escalate this issue to our Friends game In-charge and ask their advice on what to do 👍️
