I reached 182 on present bonus. The present came down it opened and nothing came out. No bonus, this has happened before and I did not connect support, but I would like the bonuses I got cheated out of.

Hi @bji1950, warm welcome to our community, I’m sorry this is happening, I need to know which game you are playing. Make sure you have the latest update, clear cache and cookies, close game and phone, wait a minute then reopen phone and game. Sometimes that’s all it needs but if it doesn’t work, let me know and we’ll get a CM to check it out 😉 Nat

Hello @bji1950 and welcome to our friendly community. I am sorry that you did not receive anything when the present came down. I haven't had this happen in Friends but I have had it happen in Candy Crush Saga, and when it does, it's because the game doesn't think I am connected to the internet.

All the King games like to have a strong and steady internet connection and sometimes if there is a brief did or interruption in the signal - it can cause a temporary glitch and the game may think you are playing off line - where certain functions of the game are not available.

Can you please take a screenshot if this happens again and in the meantime try these steps to help ensure your game runs smoothly:

Clear your cache. The way to do this is slightly different depending on the platform and software you are using, but you should be able to use the internet to find out how to do that if in doubt.

 Check your app update - App developers are giving their best to deliver a great experience to the users, which is why they are constantly working on improvements. If users complain about the issue, including freezing and crashing, developers will fix it with an update. That is why it is essential to regularly update all your apps or at least the ones you use daily.

Finally, shutdown the platform you are playing on for at least 20-30 seconds. Usually by doing these simple steps you can clear up a temporary problem you may be experiencing.
