hello i received an email to claim my 50 gold bars but im having trouble getting them how can i claim them

Hello @pinar27 and welcome to our friendly King Community. Who did the email come from? Usually if you have been awarded gold bars (for whatever reason - like winning a contest), there will be a note that appears in your game and then you will see the additional gold bars. If you could provide a bit more information about the email - I can assist you better.

@pinar27 welcome to our community. @bearwithme it might be this. I've seen this about 5 times already from messages in the community. You have to write to Player support and send them a copy of the email as proof that you got it. Then you should get them added to your game. @bearwithme can you please offer our player here the information on how to write to Player Support? Thanks.
