Help needed

Hi,

I played almost 1600 levels before I created account not to loose played levels. After I created account, the game started to heavily lag on my ipad pro. Actually it lags so much that it feels like I’m playing it in slow motion. I can play it normally only when my ipads wifi is turned off. I also lost possibility to earn extra moves or live after I created account. Have anyone experienced same problems? Is there a fix?

Hello @Ainionu and welcome to our friendly King Community. I play on a mini iPad through Facebook and have not noticed any slowdown (I also have an iPad Pro but only play the game on it occasionally). As far as the loss of watching ads - I have never had that ability and some people have indicated it can be dependent upon what you play on or via or if you have ever actually bought any boosters or gold bars (then supposedly you don't get the ads). Have you tried instead to link the game through your king.com account and see if that helps with the speed? As I am sure you are aware - there are other reasons for your iPad Pro to be slowing down - for example - how much free space you have on your device - which can definitely affect how it operates. I do definitely recommend playing the game thru either FB or King.com so if something does happen, the studio can easily restore your game to its most recent level.

It won't hurt if you do these simple steps - just to 'refresh' your game experience:

Clear your cache - Clear Safari Caches iPad in Settings

1.    Step 1: Launch the "Settings" app on your iPad through the home screen.

2.    Step 2: Scroll down the menu and select "Safari".

3.    Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom of right hand panel and tap on "Clear History and Website Data".

4.    Step 4: Confirm by tapping "Clear" from the pop-up window.

Check your app update - App developers are giving their best to deliver a great experience to the users, which is why they are constantly working on improvements. If users complain about the issue, including freezing and crashing, developers will fix it with an update. That is why it is essential to regularly update all your apps or at least the ones you use daily.

Finally, shutdown the platform you are playing on for at least 20-30 seconds. Usually by doing these simple steps you can clear up a temporary problem you may be experiencing.

I truly hope your game experience improves - I know how frustrating your current situation must be.

hi @Ainionu , it's a pleasure to meet you! I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your game lagging. Since you have mentioned the ability to earn extra moves, i can only speculate that you are referencing Candy Crush Saga. You have posted in the help area for Candy Crush Friends Saga community.

In thinking of your issue, i want to ask how old your ipad pro is. Second, I want to ask if you have a utility app that cleans your cache and files , and boosts your ram. One example of such a product is clean master.

I did a search in the Candy crush community and did not see your specific issue. Before you post to support in Candy crush please read there list of common known issues. Here is the link below.
