Problems with recent Olivia event

Level 1

I got Olivia the first time and when the event came up recently I reached level 9 but for the past 3 days I haven't seen the event when I login to play. Is there a problem? I'm playing the game using my Amazon fire tablet

    We warmly welcome you to the Friendly King Community's Candy Crush Friends Saga forum.

    Since time is not the same in all countries, not everyone will find the event at the same time. However, the game app and device operating system need to be kept up to date to receive the event.

    You probably got the event after the game app was updated.😊

    I am sorry to hear that you have lost the Olivia event!! Have you tried any of the trouble shooting steps like "clearing cache", rebooting your device, etc., and see if that brings back the event?


    If you have not done any of them yet, please follow these steps: Force close the App --> Disconnect from WiFi --> Restart your device after shutting it down for few minutes --> Connect to WiFi & Log back into the game ---> Check if that brings up the event.

    ** Sometimes, the event does not show up after following above steps! So, once rebooting your system and log back in, you can try playing 2 - 3 regular game levels, that too helped some players! Try both these and post back if the event has reappeared or not!

    I tried all the above solutions and none have brought back the event. I'm losing days that I would need to complete the event.

    Can you please give me these details, so that I can escalate this issue to the Friends game Community In-charge?

    1) The Device you are using to play the game?

    2) Your game user ID number. This link will help you ---> Find my ID number
