Level 1
I thought that my iPad Pro and 11 pro were synced. I have logged into my account to save where I am at with my 11 pro iPhone. When I go into the account with my iPad Pro it continually says connection lost and try a bit later plus my picture has disappeared. My picture is on my game with the 11pro. I hope this makes sense.
Any input you can give to fix the issue would be great.

Playing on 2 devices yet your progress doesn't seem to be synchronized? Is one game showing you on a different level than the other? If so, it sounds like an account synchronization issue which is easily fixed.
If you're one of our players at the very last available level in the game, keep in mind that you might be able to access the highest level on one device, but it might not yet be available on another. This is important to keep in mind if you play on two different platforms, like Android, iOS or a desktop computer. Don't worry though, when the newest levels are available for all platforms, you should find this levels out again.
If you're not at the highest level in the game, it might be that one of your devices isn't synchronizing and writing the new progress to the old one.
