Hello @Brandy1601 and welcome to our friendly community! I am sorry you are having this problem transferring your game to your new phone.
When you transfer your game to a new phone, you will lose any saved boosters or lives you may have collected because that type of information is stored locally on your device. But your actual game progress (as long as you have been playing via king.com) and anything you purchased (like gold bars) is saved on the King servers and can be retrieved.
📱 Moving your progress onto a new device here
If you still have problems regaining your game progress you can contact Customer Support directly from your phone (this way support will have all the details needed to help), all you need to do is:
- Open the game app
- Tap on the? mark
- Tap on My Game Progress
- Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us"
When you fill out the form make sure you select "Problems with my game" and then on the second drop down click on "Game didn't save". This will alert the support staff you are having a problem with your game progress and someone should get back with you. Make sure you also explain what happened in the comment area.
