Daily 7 Day Calendar treat has disappeared since (approx) Sunday March 8th

 Daily 7 Day Calendar treat has disappeared since (approx) Sunday March 8th. Noticed after a Windows update which required by Internet provider to reset my W-FI (my ethernet still worked fine) Since then the 7 Day Calendar treat has completely disappeared and has not come back yet. Reboot/clear cache did not fox problem) I am using Windows 10 lap top, playing while signed into the game using my email. Please advise how I can get back the 7 Day calendar treat, thank you. PS lost the calendar treat in Candy Crush Saga too

Hello @Verve4vaughn and welcome to our wonderful King Community. I am sorry you are having this problem. The only two games I am aware of that have 7 day calendar treats are Candy Crush Saga with the Daily Calendar treat (which I have lost on one of my iPads and it just reappeared on my mini iPad) and in Farm Heroes. The calendar treat for Candy Crush Friends is accumulative and keeps progressing every day (like the one in Candy Crush Soda).

What game are you referring to originally (you mentioned you are also having this problem in Candy Crush Saga).

You might try these steps below to see if it helps resolve the problem:

Clear your cache. Then check to make sure you have the most recent update for the game(s). Finally, shutdown the platform you are playing on for at least 20-30 seconds. Usually by doing these simple steps you can clear up a temporary problem you may be experiencing.

Thank you for your reply, however despite having cleared cache multiple times and verifying the latest version of Candy Crush Friends the 7 Daily Calendar Treat is still missing. I have now reset the APP which was the only remaining option to fix the problem. Calendar is back but now back at level 1 :)
