Problems Accessing Notifications Messages and Bookmarks?

Hi @QueenMia Thanks for responding!

Issue last night was seeing i had notifications but when i clicked on it nothing happened. I tried all buttons and nothing.

Today i am not even getting notifications on my phone Just Emails. This is the only way i could respond to friends last night.

Have had to use my PC to know what's going on.

This is my screen this morning but all notifications coming through on my PC .

This my screen. When I touch the buttons, the numbers go away, but none of them work. Not even the configure or bookmarks.

Okay the list of problems I have are I can't access my

• Notifications
• Bookmarks
• Inbox
• Edit my posts

The only solution that I found is if you can access your profile, scroll down and then you can click on your notifications, inbox ect.

Mind you I'm on my tablet, I would take a video to show t(but I can only screenshot on this,)that when I click on my notifications the number disappears that's it boom nothing.

Now on my laptop everything is working fine. I took a video on my PC, just Incase I was having problems there too. but it doesn't apply here because it shows that I can access everything fine.

I hope this is enough info for the team, to fix this issue.

In the meantime, you can clear cache and cookies from your device and make sure your browser is updated... That might help!

Hi @QueenMia, I’m having the same issue. I have an iPhone X and I can’t access the bottom of my screen, notification, inbox, bookmarks when I push on it, nothing happens but if I scroll up and push on games, discussions and support, they all work fine. 🤨

Me again! I'm actually experiencing the same issue on my phone now. I was able to record it so I'll send that to our platform provider to investigate!
