Is your app up to date? Have you cleared your cache and cookies recently and logged in & out of your profile recently. If not try those steps to try and resync your device.

I clean installed it on a new device. Definitely snow l seems to be a problem with Xiaomi or MIUI optimisation, or your game isn't optimised for it.

I have installed the game on this new device for the first time, so it was definitely a clean install and was updated.

Btw, I also played on my pixel 4 very smoothly, without any lagging, and on my Xiaomi Mi 9 with a little lagging (same way as Mi 10, but playable and only got lagging when there were a lot of effects rendering at the same time like the moment you complete the missions). Both Mi 9 and Pixel 4 have snapdragon 855, so may be the game is not optimized for MIUI, especially is for xiaomi.eu rom.

I also tried Candy Crush Soda, this game is smooth with a little lagging (same as Mi 9 when you play Friend Saga). Please watch in this link if you want to see the detail.

Sound like audio problem, just mute the audio from game setting n the animation will be fine. I use pocophone f2.

Hi, yesterday I bought Xiaomi Mi 10. I tried playing Candy Crush Saga but the game was extremely slow. All animations were super slow. When I disabled in game audio it suddenly started working fine and fluid.

Please tell your QA team to look into this problem.

I have the same problem. Game play is super choppy, especially when a lot is happening like multiple explosions etc. It's so annoying as to be no fun to play.

Turning off both the music and game sounds fixed it.

But with no sound the game is no fun either.

I'm on a brand new Moto G Power (2020) with 64GB and 4GB ram (Snapdragon 665) running Android 10. No other programs actively running and almost all apps denied background data use (except a few including Candy Crush Friends). Brand new installation obtained from the Play store today (4/30/21).

Wow, kurnia_yahya is right, is a sound issue, disabling the audio in the GAME CONFIGURATION make the lag disappear, ome more thing, after search about the issue, and saw it some times in this forum, I can say it's a problem with MIUI (Xiaomi/Redmi) what should be easy to recreate.

Hi everybody, a few other people have reported that the game runs much better with the sound disabled. So if you haven't done so, please turn off all sound and see it that helps.
