I have already completed 2 of the 4 cookie dunk levels yet it's now showing that I have completed 0 of 4! These levels are few and far between. Please update my standing.

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! For some reason, this is a recurring issue!!

Let's see if simple trouble shooting steps work and bring up your count of the challenge::

Force close the App ---> Log out from the game ---> Disconnect from WiFi ---> Clear Cache ---> Restart your device after shutting it down for 3 to 5 minutes. Check if it resolves the issue and if it does not, Log out the game and restart your device for couple of times.

If it still doesn't bring it up, please provide these details: (1) Device you are using (2) Your game user ID number... this link will help you ---> Find my ID number

I've tried the troubleshooting possibilities above and none of them seemed to have worked. I am using an android... Samsung Galaxy A50. My ID is 1005975776.

Please help if you can... thanks!! 🙂
