How do I get the stupid goat to eat/collect the bails of hay

How do I get the stupid goat to eat/collect the bails of hay, I get all of my veggies needed for the level but can never pass cuz the goat collects hay maybe 3 times only! Please help me pass my levels with this frustrating goat
