Bug with winning bonus on some levels

If the new level is quite constrained, it will hang up if entered when you have a winning bonus. No moves at all can be made. But if you exit the game and come back again, the bonus is gone and the level starts corre ly. Happened twice tonight. Check level 199 to see

Hello @aflippin and @mcgulerer and welcome to our friendly King Community. I am sorry you are having this problem. What type of bonus are you talking about? The timed fish, round or rectangular candies? As long as you still have time available - they should show up when you try to play the level again. When this happens - can you please take a screen shot. A screen shot is one of the best ways to help the studio figure out if there is a glitch and how they might fix it.

@bearwithme sorry that I couldn't take a Screenshot at level 234 , but I took a screenshot at level 223 , here : Game is showing me hints to make some moves , or I can press options . But I can not play the game, i.e swapping the candies. Also I was able to use boosters, but after one booster I used still I couldn't make any moves. Also I cannot take a screenshot again at 234 because I already lost streaks. I guess it was all win streaks together

Hello @mcgulerer - I don't currently have the 'sweet streak' feature in my game - but it may be a glitch with the new feature. What platform do you play on - make and model. Do you play via FB or King.com? All this information will help the studio try and figure out what is going on. I will pass this to the CM. In the mean time - can you clear your cache, ensure you have the latest update to the app (which I think you do since you have the new feature) and turn your platform off for about 15 seconds and see if that clears up the problem (of course it will also cause you to lose your streak).

Sorry I didn't know the name at first. It is the sweet streak feature. I don't know how to take a screen shot, but the idea is if you have a sweet streak active and enter some of the levels those levels can't be played (you can't make any moves). If one exits the game and comes back, the sweet streak is gone and the level is playable again.

It happened to me twice last night, the second one being #199. If the level has a lot of the boxes around pieces (like #199 and #223 as I see above), the bug happens.

Hello @aflippin - can you please provide the make and model of the platform you are playing on (PC/mobile etc.) and also do you play via FB or King.com. I have passed this on to the CM who will pass it to the studio, but they need more information so they can properly investigate this issue.

@aflippin and @mcgulerer - Good News: the studio is aware of the issue and working on a solution. Hopefully a fix will be in place by sometime tomorrow! 😊

I don’t think so but be prepared to provide it if the fix doesn’t work for you tomorrow for some reason.

with me what's going on and that when I'm playing a level the game closes, even though I still have a lot of movements. I don't know why that happens. Can someone help me?

Hey @tininha1975 - Have you tried to clear cache and cookies from your device? Also, do you have the latest version updated? If so and you're still having issues, would you be able to share a screen recording or something that can help us investigate please?

Thank you, yes my version is up to date 1.34.6. Today the problem has not yet happened. Can you explain to me how you can clear your cookies and cache?

I believe my Candy Crush is trying to be updated, but is not successful. I'm playing on a Kindle fire 2 (non-Facebook). When I start the game, it asks me to update it. There is a button to click for this. When I click it, I end up in the game store, with no option to update. There s are no buttons to click except "open", which simply runs the game.

On my Kindle, I can typically go to "Library", then select "update" to see which games need an update. I do this, but there is no update present for Candy Crush Friends Saga.

Also, when in my game, I ran across level 223, which was previously discussed in this thread. It still doesn't work properly if a sweet streak is present. Again, forfeiting the sweet streak by exiting and re-entering the game makes the level work. So I know the fix you intended hasn't been applied yet. How can I force this thing to update? Thanks so much.
