Hello @dannysumpter and welcome to our wonderful King Community. I am sorry to hear this has happened to you. Have you received them before this and then they disappeared? They are only for mobile devices and they can only be used on one mobile device. Each day you should receive a new message that will grant you unlimited lives for another 24 hours. The Unlimited lives will go through Sunday.
What mobile platform (make/model) do you use? Have you tried clearing your cache, making sure you have the latest update of the game app and then shut you device off for 15-20 seconds. When you turn it back on and reenter the game - does the free lives show up? If not, you may have to wait until tomorrow to get the pop-up message again.
