Candy Crush Friends locks the next move when winning the jar with boosters. Please, fix this problem, I have to restart the app every time and lose life and moves.

1) Is this freezing happens ONLY in the Jam levels?
2) Is it your first move itself that is becoming freezing?
3) Do you have any "friendly Charged Boosters" to help with your level?
