I understand this might be frustrating, but there will be more coming so don't despair. Also, we have 2 other contests in which you can participate for a chance to win Gold bars and boosters, so all is not lost 😉

What makes me the most angry is this response: the event is not for everyone so why send the countdown to those who will not receive the event?

Hey there @tininha1975 - I am really sorry that you are missing out on the event even though you've seen the countdown. I have passed the word to the Studio and this should not have happened. We are sorry and the whole team (me included) would like to apologise for the bad experience. We will make sure this does not happen again as we completely understand it is frustrating.

Thank you for the answer, I am upset because since last December I have been left out of all the special events that have been launched: holidays, Misty Carnival, Olivia and now I was excited to this new event, I thought I would not be left out because I received the countdown and that was very frustrating, waiting for the last week and when it arrived on Monday, NOTHING. I am very sad and upset about all this. QueenMia, have you been left out of any of these events?

I agree with @tininha1975. If you intend to run events, run them on all platforms for all players, especially since this game is not as popular as CCS. Also, @QueenMia, can you ask the studio if there is a reason my screen does not auto-rotate on my Android tablet?

Hi @MountainMom at the moment they don’t make friends in landscape mode it is frustrating I know, but I love this game so much I keep hoping they will change it.
