Can I please get a gold bars refund?

Dear Candy Crush administratorios,

Can you please refund me my 12 gold bars spent by mistake to buy 5 xtra lives? Why would I buy xtra lives if I have almost 400 available?

Sorry to hear that you lose Gold Bars!! This King Community does not deal with the Purchase issues as the query includes your personal details!

You can find all info about refunds  here.

If you play on mobile, go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email. When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days. 

Don't forget to add your Game User ID to the email so Player Support will find your game.

As I understand it, you accidentally clicked Buy Life for gold bars. Unfortunately we cannot refund them to you.

It has already happened to me in some games. I then always plan to slow down and pay attention.
