Why only some users can watch advertisement videos for extra help. I don’t get any of that, I lose my five lives and have to wait 2-3 hrs to play again. By the way some of your levels are impossible to pass without help, fact!
The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

The advertisement video ; yes ... for selected users... it may rotate among selected users ...
u stand more chance having it if u r phone user ...
Yes; some lvls r very challenging ... hence do need boosters ... luck factor is involved in it too
