Hello @LauraMaskrey - I saw your question about this in the discussion area for Candy Crush Saga and replied to you there. It doesn't matter if this is a problem with Candy Crush Friends or Candy Crush Saga - the answer would be the same. Below is a copy of what I said to your discussion request:
Hello @LauraMaskrey and welcome to our friendly King Community! I am sorry to hear that happened to you. You will need to contact Player Support and they can help get your progress back but I am afraid you will have to build your extra lives back because they are stored locally on your device and if they have disappeared, Player Support will not be able to restore them.
You can contact Player Support directly from a mobile device (this way support will have all the details needed to help), all you need to do is:
- Open the game app
- Select the cogwheel
- Tap on the? mark
- Tap on "I need help with lost progress"
- Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us"
If you are playing on a PC then you can contact them thru the "Contact US" at the bottom of this page.
When you fill out the form make sure you select "Problems with my game" and then on the second drop down click on "Game didn't save". This will alert the support staff you are having a problem with your game progress and someone should get back with you. Make sure you also explain what happened in the comment area. You cannot play the game with two different FB accounts. Make sure you explain to them that your account was hacked so you can no longer use it. They should be able to help you and also restore your lost levels.
