App crashes when i watch add or play the contest

With regards to your game crashing -- is it happening ONLY while watching the Ads? And what was the "Contest" you are mentioning?

We do not have any contests going on in Candy Friends game!! By any chance, are you talking about "Spring Event"?

Is your game fine and NOT crashing when you are playing regular levels?

Hmm. Do u have enough memory? R u on phone? Restart n check that u have more than 2GB of memory left.

My app seems to crash when I’m on a roll lol like I’ll be doing well… and will crash in the middle of the game. When I have a streak going and I will lose a life when it crashes. Very annoying.

I'm not sure you could find the answer to your question- just in case, please try out these few steps:

- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB

- check for updates for your game and run them

- clear the cache

- Force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.

Also make sure you have a fast and stable internet connection.

In case these steps don't work, please write back and tell us which device you're playing on and your player ID (for information on how to find it, click  HERE )

This way, we can investigate what's wrong. 😊
