Where is the settings icon I can’t find it on king.com on my iPhone so I can’t get my Facebook progress on my mobile

Hello @Nesoo3 and welcome to our friendly King Community. Below is a screenshot from my iPhone X:

The small white gear in the lower left corner is the settings icon. However, I have circled the Profile button - this is where I connect my game to Facebook on my phone and I am currently connected.

The picture below shows you what it should look like if you haven't signed in to the game with either FB or King.com

Then the next screenshot shows you the screen you get when you click on played before and gives you the option to play via FB or a king.com account.

I did all the steps above but when i opened king.com I didn’t find settings icon

I lost my level 3829 which i got it on my laptop Facebook and when i try to play from my iphone and connected by the Facebook accont ... i found myself in level 1 and lost all my progress

Try This Troubleshooting Steps-

• Log in Facebook in Laptop. Open the Game.

• Log in with Facebook Account or King Account on the Game. Click Profile>Log in with King Account or Log in with Facebook Account. This Saves the Game.

• Open Facebook on iPhone. Open the Game.

• Log in with the Same Account used to log in on Laptop.

• Check whether you have the Levels back.

I did all of these and I didn’t get my progress in candy crush 😡
