Candy Crush Saga keeps crushing

I was playing the game for a long time and after the newest update the game started to shut down. When i open the game i only see the loading screen and the game closes. I tried to clear the cache and stopped all the apps in my dervice and rebooted my dervice and tried again but nothing changed. I have no connected account to candy crush saga and i dont want to lose all my process. What should i do?
