Why don't download characters in Candy Crush Friends

Hello,

since a few days, my bubblegum troll ist always loading. I can't use it. All the other characters are working perfectly. And the original troll disappeared from my album (maybe he is in vacation? 😂)

I play the game on a Xiaomi-Android-Smartphone. I've already stopped the game, deleted it, but nothing helped. It is always the same situation. I read other posts from persons who had the same problem. Can you help me too? Thank you very much.

@sleepy1701 Hi and welcome, I had the issue of the normal bubblegum troll going missing and had to contact customer support regarding getting this reinstated to my device. would also suggest messaging them regqarding the character always loading as they may be able to assist you with this as well, but in my experience this is normally a temporary error that will sort it self out.

Please email Player Support directly from the game.

When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email

or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

I have the same issue. Olivia the Witch will not load on either of my android devices for any level she is an option. Been that way for weeks.

The Friends Studio is aware about this issue and working on to find out why & where the issue is! Hope we will have an update on Monday.

Hi, I have a problema, when I must choose a partner or friend (troll de chicle ángel) I cant select because it is "downloading" state...

This has hurt me a lot on several levels
