Why do I not get a friends request for life when he sends me a request and vice versa?

I have a friend the send out request for live i am on his friends list and I do get his request. And it is the same for for me I send him a request I don get his. I login through Facebook and he login this his king account

First of all, Thank you very much for providing complete details about the issue 👌 👌

It happens very rarely that a player comes in for the first time and explains every detail about their issue.

The reason for this issue is your friend being logged into the game through his Kingdom account. Lives are not coming in and/or going through the Kingdom account!

The Friends studio is aware about this issue and are looking into it. But, there are many other things and glitches to take of, I guess this Lives issue was kept on hold!!

Is there any chance that your friend can create a Facebook account? It will definitely help with both receiving and sending Lives. It is my personal experience too!
