Tiffi has been having a lot of trouble sleeping lately. She has been waking up in the middle of the night. She also has trouble falling asleep again. What do you think is happening to our Tiff? Let’s find out!
The day is Saturday, and the time is 3:00 CET. Tiffi has been tossing and turning for the last few nights.
This is so not like her. As she is sitting on the edge of her bed feeling very upset, she thinks that she was dreaming, but can’t remember what the dream was all about. Could the dream have woken her up? She looks at the time and it’s only 3:00 CET and it’s still dark outside. She puts her head down on the pillow and closes her eyes.
“What could I have been dreaming?” she thinks. “It couldn’t have been a nightmare because she didn’t wake up frightened. I don’t understand why suddenly from out of nowhere I am having sleeping problems.”
She tosses and turns but cannot fall asleep again. What do you think Tiffi does next?
