No rewards

Why did I receive nothing after finishing the Heavenly Skies 3000 level celebration. I got a notice which said claim prizes, tapped on it and was immediately taken back to the regular game screen. Why?

I am so sorry to hear that you have not received the rewards!

I did not know that the event was on already!! I have not opened my game yet, let me see if I am also one of the lucky ones to receive the event 😃

With regards to the "missing rewards" -- can you please give me these details:

1) Device you have used to play the game

2) Your game user ID number

Oh! One more thing @nettiejazz

Try to force close the App -- disconnect from WiFi -- Restart your device after shutting it down for 2 min -- connect the Wifi and log back into the game. Now see, if a prize box pops-up.

@nettiejazz Heya! Welcome to the king community and oh no that’s not fair as you should have been rewarded for finishing the event. I hope the problem gets fixed soon so you don’t encounter the same issue again.
