Why did I receive nothing after finishing the Heavenly Skies 3000 level celebration. I got a notice which said claim prizes, tapped on it and was immediately taken back to the regular game screen. Why?

I am so sorry to hear that you have not received the rewards!
I did not know that the event was on already!! I have not opened my game yet, let me see if I am also one of the lucky ones to receive the event π
With regards to the "missing rewards" -- can you please give me these details:
1) Device you have used to play the game
2) Your game user ID number
Please post back my typing your reply in the comment box given below.

Try to force close the App -- disconnect from WiFi -- Restart your device after shutting it down for 2 min -- connect the Wifi and log back into the game. Now see, if a prize box pops-up.
