hello, I lost my progress when calling the fb does not recognize where I was going. is there a way to correct? thank you

Hello @hammond23 and welcome to our friendly community. Have you always been playing via FB? Was the problem you couldn't connect to Facebook so it didn't know your level so it put you back on level 1? You may want to also create a King.com account for your game - even if you will primarily play via FB, that way if there is a problem with FB - you can still have your progress saved and play via your King.com account.

IF you don't have an account it is very easy to create one:

Just click on the blue "Played Before"

Then on the next screen:

Click on either "Sign-up" with email (if you don't have a king.com account with the game) or "Log-in with email" if you do.
