Recover lost levels

I was on level 148 when my game randomly deleted all of my progress (including all the characters I had unlocked) I did not have an account so it didn’t save anything but at the same time it is not my fault that the game just randomly lost all of my progress. I read that if I created an account (which I have now) that King would help me with the issue of losing all of my progress. What are the next steps to resolving this issue?

Or Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!

Hi I was having an issue with pet rescue game. So I deleted the app from my iPhone and went back to re add back onto my iPhone. However, when I tried to go back from where I started it won’t let me. I did not connect to Facebook, yet used my iPhone email. I have tried to recover using that email and it is stating it cannot be found. I am so mad because I love playing this game every day and I play against my Facebook friends. How can I recover and how come I could see my Facebook friends before and now I cannot retrieve any of my levels because it takes me back to the beginning I was on level 3622. Please help as I want to continue playing. Thanks

As for Pet Rescue, please go to the link above given by @Sukanta_Biswas and hopefully your levels will be restored soon.

Or you can email Player Support so they can manually restore your progress on your account.
