Can u move me up to the next level?

I passed level 1154. But it didn't take me to the next level. That level is hard enough with only 21 moves.

I am sorry to hear that you are stuck on a level and your win was not registered!

First of all, are you playing "Candy Friends" game OR some other game?

With regards to moving to next level, unfortunately, King Team will not be able to do that to any of the players! I am sorry!

Sometimes, our win will not be recognized when our game crashes / freezes / App closes down or Internet server is down, etc., etc., all these kind of reasons can cause for our win to not get registered! We must play it again and pass it and unfortunately, there is no other way to do this 😔

If you can confirm which game you are playing, I can give you some tips that could be helpful for you.

@MikenKim2530 Heya! Welcome to the king community! That’s strange it could be because either the app froze or internet connection slowed down. It’s a shame if you have to play that level again. Follow the tips in the above answers and hopefully you will be able to pass the level again.
