Missing boosters

I need to know why I signed in on my new device and I do not have any of my specials like the hammer the stripped bomb and bomb it signed in and brought me to my current level but I don't have anything now and also I am sending this on the old phone because it shows what I have but it has to be sent back tomorrow please explain?

@pcobb811 Your boosters are stored on the device itself , so if you change or reset phone or delete and re install game all boosters are lost. So unless you can back you device up to a cloud storage and sync your new phone from there there is nothing that can be done as only your level progression and gold bars are synced. Hope this helps

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.
