Check this-
¶ Update to Latest Version.
¶ Internal Storage Space should be At Least 2 GB Free
¶ Internet Connection Speed should be At Least 5mbps
¶ If You Deleted Your Game, Your Boosters are gone. That's why, don't delete the game.
¶ Enter Correct Information About your account to login.
¶ Post a Screenshot Of Error Message.
Hello @Taniluv15 and welcome to our friendly community. If the steps suggested above don't work, it could be a temporary connection error with the studio servers, so you might want to wait a few hours and then try again. Sometimes the actual wording of the error you receive can help pinpoint what the problem may be (which s why the request for a screenshot of the error message).
However, the games can be fairly sensitive to a strong and steady internet connection (you usually can tell if it isn't connected because you won't see your avatar), and if you have a temporary loss of signal or a drop in signal strength, then the game won't connect to the internet.
Please let us know if you still can't connect and we will see what else can be done to help you out.

Try reloading the app, and if that doesnt work, your phone
@Taniluv15 - I just want to make sure you realize that if you reload the app, if playing on a mobile device, you will lose any saved boosters since those are stored locally on your device so once you de-install the app, that information is lost. So we only recommend reloading the app as a last resort (but sometimes unfortunately that is the only solution to a problem).

try clearing your cache and cookies and see if that fixes the problem.. also make sure you have installed the latest version of your games, also you will lose boosters you had so hopefully you weren't stockpiling them.
